William Zuern

Todays documentary is on William Zuern who was executed in the state of Ohio. His behavior never changed from when he was a child and he was actually treated and there was an attempt at early intervention but it was of no use. I also found it strange that I read he threw urine and feces on multiple guards like it was the thing to do. He received his death sentence while in prison so being locked up did not prevent any crimes from happening.
