AUSTIN MYERS (SENTENCED TO DEATH)

New video on Austin Myers. He became Ohio's youngest death row inmate when he killed his childhood friend at the age of 19. Well, he didn't actually do the killing, but his friend that did the killing accepted a plea deal to testify against Austin and he received life in prison instead.

There is a problem if the one who ACTUALLY did the murder can testify against someone who was there but did not do the murder. Both should receive the same sentence. Is he a sociopath? Most likely but there are a lot of sociopath's serving LWOP. It does bother me that someone as young as 19 is on death row. I believe in a perfect world, there wouldn't be a death sentence but that's not the world we live in. Nevertheless, it seems one took a deal to make sure they did not get the DP and one ended up with the DP.

he tried saving his own ass by saying y hurt another family and also said he won't feel nothing because of the verdict which he may or may not I don't know I'm not him but he didn't give remorse on the killing of his friend for what was in the safe which turned out not to be much of anything of financial gain like he thought it was going to so in my eyes he is where he needs to be for anyone to betray a friend like that don't deserve to be walking around in the world longer then he has to be and I'm tired of hearing people cry about age when it comes to the death…

do i think the death penalty is fair.... it depends on the circumstances in reality should someone be put to death protecting their family and possessions they worked hard for no but it does happen alot of the times it's called in the heat of passion of the crime and then you don't think it through to the fullest extent and then it goes wrong and others "brag" about said crime which is their downfall and on the other hand some death penalty cases don't get tried like they should and stop with life without parole which in turn cost tax payers millions and millions every year in this country no one cries about that side of it just about…
